- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff I spoke with were extremely rude and a woman named Kristine even hung up on me. They were also unwilling to send me documentation that they claimed to have as proff that I was delinquent in my HOA payments. And then come to find out they were 100% wrong and obviously didn't do their homework. They conducted themselves unprofessionally and should be held to a higher standard as representatives of the legal system. Before a law office stresses a home owner into fearing they are at risk of loosing their property and potentially damage their credit history they should be forced to do their homework. I understand mistakes happen but the rudeness and unwillingness of the staff to answer my questions before hanging up on me is unacceptable.By Kristen Kavanagh, April 13, 2017
