  Rude staff who talk down to you but regardless I remained polite but persistent in trying to cancel a shipment I made through them. They lied and directed me to UPS customer service. If you purchase shipping from a store you can only cancel through them. I understand why you can only cancel through them and I have no problem with that but when I tried they would not cooperate and lied to me telling me I need to call UPS Corporate which can cancel your package but it's an unnecessary step considering the store can do it themselves. They are nice enough when you purchase something from them but when you need to cancel they turn into totally different people in regards to customer service. They basically turn into the DMV where they make it so difficult you give up. They will also try and charge you the most expensive price to ship they can. If you do ship from this store insist you know all of your options or better yet print your own label from home. I am in customer service myself and I deal with a lot of rude and entitled customers all day and I would never treat them the way I was treated here.
